Decorated in luxurious Aussie beach-house style with muted tones of restful greys and soothing blues, no expense has been spared with decadent lounging and cloud-like bedding.

The enormous master bedroom boasts a full glass sliding door/wall of ocean views – built for the sunrises the area is famous for. Float off to sleep to the rhythm of the ocean and the gentle sea breeze. Large, opulent white linen armchairs furnish this private suite whilst a daybed on the spacious terrace gives the guest options for private living spaces. Huge bathroom and separate ‘loo-with-a-view’ spoil one with its day-spa quality finishes.

A king bedroom on this floor is large, delightfully furnished, including TV, and its ensuite has a shower with an enviable ocean-view too.

The mid-level sports big full-facility laundry and clothes-line access, bedroom three (with its own entry door), and a full bathroom.

The large, stainless steel and granite kitchen boasts a walk-in pantry and ocean-view eatery.

Dining for eight indoors or out by the infinity pool and bbq are not the only dining options as a breakfast table positioned alfresco finds one spoilt for locations. Meanwhile an enormous linen couch festooned with feather cushions takes advantage of the immaculate, uninterrupted view.

Downstairs is a perfect teen retreat or even a self-contained apartment with brand new stainless steel kitchenette, full bathroom, a queen bedroom and dorm room (both with ocean views) that sleep four. Stroll across the expansive lawn to the estate’s own locked beach-gate for access to one of the world’s most magnificent beaches.

Award-winning landscaping is a visual treat but also, nestled amongst the greenery, is a beach shower, beach-gear storage and surf-racks.

Access to a large array of retail, cafés and restaurants is a short car trip or beach stroll away.
