The beautiful beach is just a short walk through the dunes. As part of a small exclusive gated community there is a swimming pool, tennis court, recreational green and children’s playground located just behind the house.

Four bedrooms; 3 on the upper level and a guest suite on the lower level.

Master bedroom with King bed, it’s own balcony & 39″ TV and luxurious bathroom and including a free standing bath.

Bedroom 2 with Queen bed.

Bedroom 3 with 2 King Single beds with trundles under; shares a balcony with the study office.

Bedroom 4 is a lower level guest suite, with Queen bed and ensuite with pool access & 39″ TV.

Main bathroom has a shower and bath.

The open plan dining and lounge areas adjoin the kitchen and flow to the outdoor dining area and BBQ with plumbed boiling & filtered water.

Entertainment and living areas

Two lounge areas separated by the timber dining setting. One of the living areas has a large 55inch Smart -TV with DVD and Apple TV and overlooks the water feature pond & pool. The other has a fireplace where you can relax the evening away.

Glass bi-fold doors open from the dinning and lounge to create an uninterrupted space where the outside & indoor living areas and pool become one. A gas BBQ and outdoor 10 seat dinning table are beside the resort style pool, waterfall and heated spa.

The media room is behind the kitchen overlooking the front water feature and boasts a projector, 100inch pull down screen and surround sound to watch your favourite movie or sport or play a selection of games.
