Salty Stays, a division of Salt and Sand, have for some time now had special practises in place for the health and safety of our staff, clients and guests, in relation to the Novel Corona Virus, COVED -19. It was in January that we took the initiative to plan for this and implement protocols. As always our staff are our own employees (and not casual contractors), and are intimately trained with our systems, policies, equipment and processes.
There are essentially two aspects to our protocols - hygiene and social distancing.
To make sure that we are not putting you, ourselves and our staff at risk, we have very thorough hygiene standards in place for cleaning. Our staff are comprehensively trained. We are using hospital grade disinfectants. Our cleaning equipment is also disinfected after every property we attend.
Most importantly, we ask you to advise us of the travel history of any people staying at your property, or any known health issues. We will then take precautions accordingly.
During your stay in house, in the interest in stopping the speed of infection and for the health and safety of our staff, we will not be able to carry out ‘mid stay cleans’. We will only do departure cleans and pre-arrival cleans for the time being. For our holiday guests, if you require it we will certainly provide a change of linen and towels during your stay, provide you with laundry bags and remove your used linen items for cleaning.

Noosa will always be here, the sun and surf, restaurants and National Parks, markets and boutiques. We are looking forward to a time again soon, when we can welcome you back to Noosa when you can hug your friends and loved ones and be close to people again.
